The Svedish language version of CE Handbook is aimed at companies in the hospitality industry (housing, restaurants and SPA and wellness) and describes and shows how the concept of circular economy can be used in business models, thus helping to develop offers to guests in a sustainable and circular way. The book contains concrete tips and ideas on simple as well as more advanced solutions for a more sustainable visitor industry. The book was developed by the Energy Office South East 2018.
